These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website stonemarkgroupllc.com and any services provided by Stonemark Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Stonemark Group LLC provides full-service residential and commercial home improvement, including concrete coatings, flooring installation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting and drywall, roofing, gutters and siding, windows and doors, decks and patios, landscaping, hardscaping, and fencing. Services are available in our designated service markets within the United States.
Services are performed on the installation date mutually agreed upon in the signed service agreement, following receipt of the required deposit. Installation dates are typically scheduled within 7–30 days of signing, depending on crew availability and project scope. You will receive confirmation of your scheduled date in writing before work begins.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates are provided without obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if scope of work changes, additional surface preparation is required, or materials costs change materially before project commencement.
3. Payment Terms
All pricing and transactions are in US Dollars (USD). Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement provided to each customer before work begins. Typical terms require a deposit of 10–25% of the total project cost upon signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and customer sign-off. We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and all major credit cards and debit cards. Any payment method-specific processing fees will be disclosed in your service agreement prior to signing. 4. Limited Workmanship Warranty
Stonemark Group LLC provides a 5-year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects arising from our installation process under normal use conditions. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by chemical spills not disclosed prior to installation
- Substrate movement, structural issues, or excessive moisture not detectable during our pre-installation assessment

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for clearing the work area before our crew arrives (unless a prep service is included in the quote), ensuring safe access to the property, and disclosing any known substrate issues, existing moisture problems, or prior coatings. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may affect warranty coverage.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled installation date receive a full deposit refund, less any non-returnable materials already ordered for your project. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total project value. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total project value to cover crew dispatch and materials on-site. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded within 7–10 business days. Full terms, including rescheduling conditions, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stonemark Group LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with other users' access.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Stonemark Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
