Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Estimates are always free and non-binding. No payment is collected until you sign a service agreement.
  • A 10–25% deposit is required at contract signing to secure your installation date and order materials.
  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion and your signed walk-through approval.
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled installation date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a materials restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • We accept payment by check, ACH bank transfer, and all major credit cards.
